Our members are Certified Interpreters by the Supreme Court, qualified Interpreters, and Certified Translators. Translation Bureau also offers the opportunity to those pursuing a career in the field to take advantage of the training seminars offered by our organization as well as the networking events in which we participate.

Marcelo A. Cedeno, President and Founder, Spanish Certified Interpreter. The remarkable thing to know about Marcelo is that he grew up with speech impediments. For many years during his childhood and adolescence, Marcelo underwent extensive speech therapy and the dream of ever becoming a public speaker was unimaginable. “I take pride in what I do because it was extremely difficult to overcome my speech problem and now I depend on my voice to make ends meet”.

A native of Ecuador, Marcelo moved to the U.S. at age 17. Since 1998, he has spent ample time in the United States, as well as Ecuador and Argentina. He is experienced in Marketing and International Business and has a BA in Modern Language and Culture from Kennesaw State University. Marcelo has been a Court Interpreter since 2003 and became a Certified Interpreter with the Supreme Court in 2007.

Luis (Luigi) Perez, CEO and Founder. What is most appealing about Luigi, other than his forthcoming personality, is his commitment to work for the community. Luigi has worked in the financial real estate business for many years, guiding families to obtain their dream homes. Luigi is a native of Argentina and has been involved in many projects concerning the Latino community in Georgia. He has served as an accomplished interpreter for the public education system and has translated documents in the financial field. He studied medicine at the University of Buenos Aires and became a Georgia resident in 1999.

“When I learned about the field of Interpretation and Translation I became extremely interested in the subject”. Luigi has managed and owned several companies in the U.S. and Argentina, contributing to his vast experience in sales, business operation and administration.

Adriana Chancey, Regional Director for the North and South East States, Spanish Certified Interpreter. Adriana has a vibrant personality and is always willing to lend a helping hand to those who need it. She grew up in Buenos Aires and is a Certified Court Interpreter through the Supreme Court. She has considerable experience in court and medical interpreting.

She has also provided services for law enforcement and hospitals. Adriana is currently pursuing a double major in English and Spanish at a local university. Adriana studied linguistics for two years at the University of Cordoba.

Leila Laniado, Chief Director of the Translation Department and Chief Editor of Spanish Projects. Leila has been conducting business between Latin America and the U.S. for the past thirteen years. She worked in a warehouse by day and translated production manuals by night when she finally discovered her true passion- creative writing. Since then, Leila has been committed to writing short stories in her spare time. Her astounding achievements include recognition for First Prize in the poetry category and Second Prize in the short-story category from the University of Buenos Aires.

She has also written multiple articles in English that have been published in newspapers, magazines and blogs. Her writings have earned her multiple scholarships, of which has allowed her to earn a Master’s Degree in International Business from Georgia State University. She managed to complete her degree in record time while conducting business abroad and jumping from plane to plane, city to city.

Krystal Raines, Chief Editor of English Translations and Projects. A Georgia native, Krystal is an avid reader who enjoys poetry and languages. Krystal has a BA in Modern Language and Culture from Kennesaw State University. In 2009 she lived for a brief period of time in Ecuador where she attended Universidad San Francisco de Quito.

Krystal has worked as a Spanish-English Interpreter for Babies Can’t Wait since 2008 and has been involved in the research and critical analysis of Spanish Literature and Latin-American Studies. As Chief Editor of the English Translations Department, Krystal is responsible for reviewing, editing and finalizing written documents of the English language.

Daniela Prulletti, Director of Image Design and Operation. Daniela loves to help people and enjoys actively participating in established networking events. You may see Daniela at the premier of a movie or at the opening of an art gallery. Through an esteemed organization, Daniela has had the opportunity to help many Spanish-speaking mothers with limited English proficiency to effectively communicate with medical providers, breaking the language barrier among them.

Daniela has an Associate’s Degree in Applied Art. She is not only in charge of creating and supervising the designs, photographs and images of the company, but she is also the coordinator of planning and budgeting.
